Description of Sorting Bucket
It is used for digging and separation of materials with different sizes, digging and sorting completed at the same time; It is widely applied to municipal work, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, earthwork, etc

The Sorting Bucket was made for primary selection of materials of various types, for land reclamation and for pre-selecting materials after demolition. The "gaps" in the grille are determined to suit the dimensions of the product to be selected. It uses thick, high tensile round bar recessed deep into the torsion beam, lip, and cross bracings. This innovative design is far stronger, sifts material faster.

This bucket has the same profile as the General purpose bucket, is constructed with high tensile bar and ribs (grid) to suit any material sorting operations.

Advantages of Sorting Bucket

5.Material: we use Hardox for side plate, cutting plate, side protector and backside horizontal and vertical wear stripes. We use Q345B for other parts. Unlike other supplier who use wear-resistant steel plate, we use real Hardox for half of the bucket body.
6.OEM service is available by welding nameplate on the bucket.
